A no-show alert notification can notify users if a given user code was not used to disarm the system within a specified time frame. 


To create a no-show alert notification using the Customer app:

  1. Log into the Customer app.
  2. Tap Menu.
  3. Tap Notifications.
  4. Tap Settings.
  5. TapAdd.
  6. Tap Create Your Own.
  7. Tap No-Show Alert.
  8. Name the new notification rule.
  9. Using the If the system is NOT disarmed by dropdown menu, select a specific user.
  10. In During this time frame, configure the days and times the user should disarm the system.
     
    Note: If the system is already disarmed and the user doesn't need to disarm the system a No-Show Alert will still be sent.
     
  11. To choose notification recipients, tap Add.
  12. Tap the entries in the Address book that are to be notified, or tap Add Contact to add a new Address Book entry.
  13. Tap Close.
  14. Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
  15. Tap Save.

To create a no-show alert notification using the Customer Website:

  1. Log into the Customer Website.
  2. Click Notifications.
  3. Click New Notification.
  4. Click No-Show Alert.
  5. Name the new notification rule.
  6. Using the If the system is NOT disarmed by dropdown menu, select a specific user.
  7. In During this time frame, configure the days and times the user should disarm the system.
     
    Note: If the system is already disarmed and the user doesn't need to disarm the system a No-Show Alert will still be sent.
     
  8. To choose notification recipients, click Add.
  9. Click the entries in the Address book that are to be notified, or click New to add a new Address Book entry.
  10. Click Close.
  11. Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
  12. Click Save.
