A no-show alert notification can notify users if a given user code was not used to disarm the system within a specified time frame.
To create a no-show alert notification using the Customer app:
- Log into the Customer app.
- Tap .
- Tap Notifications.
- Tap .
- Tap.
- Tap Create Your Own.
- Tap No-Show Alert.
- Name the new notification rule.
- Using the If the system is NOT disarmed by dropdown menu, select a specific user.
- In During this time frame, configure the days and times the user should disarm the system.
Note: If the system is already disarmed and the user doesn't need to disarm the system a No-Show Alert will still be sent. - To choose notification recipients, tap Add.
- Tap the entries in the Address book that are to be notified, or tap Add Contact to add a new Address Book entry.
- Tap Close.
- Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
- Tap Save.

- Click Notifications.
- Click New Notification.
- Click No-Show Alert.
- Name the new notification rule.
- Using the If the system is NOT disarmed by dropdown menu, select a specific user.
- In During this time frame, configure the days and times the user should disarm the system.

- Click the entries in the Address book that are to be notified, or click New to add a new Address Book entry.
- Click Close.
- Verify the notification is configured with the correct settings.
- Click Save.
