With the introduction of iOS 14 it has brought an extra layer of security to their phones. If you updated to iOS 14 and can not see your cameras on your local network, you can try the following. This option will not appear until you open your application for the first time on IOS 14. 

*Note: The DASH app has been renamed to the ICHome app

 

Troubleshooting Steps:

  • Go to the settings app for the iPhone navigate to the application you are using below. (ICHome or ICRSS Pro)

  • Under there you need to make sure "Local Network" is enabled.

  • Once that is enabled you can close out of your ICHome or ICRSS Pro application and navigate to your cameras once again.
