Step One: Find the IP Address

  1. Download and install "Device Config Tool"
  2. Open "Device Config Tool"
  3. You should see your device listed with an IP Address

Step Two: Navigate to the Web Interface and Login

  1. Open Internet Explorer, or Edge in IE mode ( How to ) 
  2. Enter the IP address found in "Device Config Tool" in the address bar and press enter
  3. The default login is as follows:
    1. Username: admin
    2. Password: admin789

Step Three: Default

  1. Navigate to "Device Settings", "System", "Maintenance", and "Load Default" 
  2. Select "All", and hit "Save" 
  3. Enter the admin password and select "Ok"
  4. The system will default and reboot to factory settings
